Service Description
Looking for the perfect touch of whimsy or rustic charm in your next photo shoot? We have sweet and adorable ponies available for professional photography sessions here at Whitewood Acres. Whether you're planning: Family photos, engagement sessions, maternity portraits, unicorn - themed minis or styled shoots / branding sessions. Our ponies bring a calm, gentle presence an add unforgettable elements to every image. All photo sessions take place on our peaceful, private property nestled near the sherburne wildlife refuge. Session Fee: $75 / 45 minutes (includes handler) Photographers must provide their own camera equipment and clients. Our pony will remain under handler supervision at all times for safety.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure the safety of our ponies, the comfort of your clients, and a smooth photography experience, we kindly ask all photographers and clients to follow the policies outlined below. 1. Booking & Payment All sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Full payment is due is required to reserve your session date. 2. Session Guidelines Pony sessions are limited to 45 minutes. Only one family or group per booking unless otherwise arranged. Ponies will arrive groomed and handled by a trained handler provided by Whitewood Acres. Photographers must supply their own equipment, props, and client management. 3. Safety & Supervision A handler will remain with the pony at all times to ensure safety and proper care. No riding is permitted unless specifically arranged and approved. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. No food, loud noises, or sudden movements near the pony to prevent spooking. 4. Weather Policy If severe weather is forecasted, sessions may be rescheduled without penalty. In the event of light rain or wind, sessions may continue at the handler's discretion. 5. Liability & Insurance Photographers are responsible for client behavior and safety during the session. In accordance with Minnesota Statue 604A.12, Whitewood Acres is not liable for any injury or death resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities. By interacting with our ponies or participating in any animal-related activities on the property, guests voluntarily assume all associated risks. Proof of photographer’s liability insurance may be required. 6. Photos & Credits We love to see the final images! Please consider tagging or crediting Whitewood Acres if sharing on social media: @WhitewoodAcres | #WhitewoodAcresPonies Professional images may be used (with permission) for our website or social promotion. 7. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will result in a forfeited session fee Sessions may be rescheduled once without penalty, with at least 48 hours’ notice.
