Service Description
This is a 4 week series Mommy & Me class for families to experience horses hands on in a safe, fun environment. We designed this class to let your littlest horse lover spend time around horses, as well as some quality time with mom, dad, grandparent, or aunt/uncle. As a group, you will be introduced to safety, groundwork, and get comfortable around horses. Ratio for class must be 1:1 Guardian : Child
Cancellation Policy
*Lesson Policies* Riding Attire: Students agree to come dressed to ride in proper riding attire consisting of: 1. Long pants: Jeans, breeches or riding tights. 2. Riding boots: Boots with a smooth sole and defined heel not more than 1½ inches high. (Under no circumstances will students wearing sneakers or sandals be allowed to participate in ANY Equine Activities.) 3. Fitted/Semi Fitted Shirt: Students will not be permitted to ride in loose or billowing clothes or dangling jewelry 4. Riding Helmet: An ASTM approved riding Helmet must be worn at all times while participating in mounted Equine Activities. Students agree to furnish their own ASTM approved riding helmet within their first 4 riding lessons with Whitewood Acres, LLC. Stable owned helmets are available for student use for no more than the first 4 lessons. NOTE: Failure to arrive at lessons in proper riding attire including ASTM riding helmet will result in student not being permitted to ride or participate in that day’s Equine Activities. Payments: Riding lessons are to be paid in full at the time of scheduling online. Cancellation: If you are unable to attend a scheduled lesson, we are happy to do a make up lesson at a later date if notice is given at least 24 hours prior. We will always schedule a make up lesson for missed lessons if proper notice is given, Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged as a "lesson" and there will be no credit or make up lesson offered. Late arrival: You must contact us if you are running late for your scheduled lesson. If you are more than 15 minutes late, it will be considered a "no show" and no make up lesson will be given for when you are late. Missed lessons must be rescheduled within 30 days or will be forfeited. Weather Cancellations: Please call/text for the status of lessons in the event of bad weather (320) 493-7100 Guests: Any adults or children that accompany you or your child to the stable from this day forward are your sole responsibility. Whitewood Acres, LLC is not responsible for any injury or damages to guests and will not be held liable. By signing this contract you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Whitewood Acres, LLC located @ 18886 313th Ave NW, Princeton, MN 55371 and any and all of its employees, operators and affiliates for and from any litigation, claims, damages, expenses and or losses arising from their presence at Whitewood Acres, LLC.
