F.A.Q. Pony Party

What age of children can ride ?

Our pony rides are for young, small children who are 80lbs or less. Parents will need to walk alongside children ages 1-3yrs of age. Everyone can pet, braid , and brush our ponies

What kind of events do you cater to ? 

We specialize in birthday parties, but are also available for school events, community gatherings, daycares, and special occasions!

Where are your partys at?

We travel to you! There is a small travel fee for locations outside of our 30 mile radius. 

When should we reserve our party date?

The sooner the better! Our weekends fill up the quickest.

Do you require a deposit when reserving?

To confirm your party date, a deposit of 50% is necessary. Please be aware that this deposit is non-refundable.

When is final payment due?

The final payment must be made 24 hours before your event. I will remind you during the week of the event to ensure the payment is completed in full. If the final payment is not received by this time, the event will be automatically canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel your scheduled event 5 days in advance, you are permitted to apply your non-refundable deposit to a new reservation. However, if you cancel less than 5 days before your event, you will not be able to transfer your nonrefundable deposit to a new reservation.

What happens if it rains ?

In the event of rain or inclement weather during your scheduled event, you can utilize your non-refundable deposit to either reschedule the event or request a refund. Please ensure you notify me at least 24 hours before start time of your event to reschedule or receive your deposit back.

If I have a small yard, can I still have a pony party?

Yes! Our ponies are able to give pony rides in front yards, backyards, or side yards; up and down sidewalks, quiet strets, in cul-de-sacs, parking lots, etc.

*Please note that ponies cannot give pony rides on slopes, hills, or on gravel! 

How much time do you need to set up?

We will arrive 15 to 30 minutes before your scheduled start time. This give me the opportunity to prepare the ponies, set up their feed and water buckets, and help them get accustomed to their surroundings.

Will you clean up after your ponies?

Yes- We will come with the necessary tools to clean up pony droppings. However, urine may leave a brown spot in your grass.

Can we take pictures?

Absolutely! Please feel free to take as many pictures as you would like. If you have any pictures that you would like to share with us, please send us a copy and we can post them on our social media platforms.

What about our dog?

Our ponies are okay with passive dogs, but for the safety of everyone- please keep your dogs inside while we are at your event.

How do I reserve a date?

Please fill out the form on the "Book a Pony Party" page and I will be in touch via email within 24-48 hours.
