Dog Boarding Rates
IMPORTANT: DogHaus Pricing Transition
Beginning July 1, 2026, all overnight dog boarding will transition to The DogHaus at Whitewood Acres — Which is our upgraded, home-style dog retreat featuring expanded indoor space, cozy lounge areas, and a secure outdoor play yard.
This transition also includes a move to a nightly pricing structure to provide clearer expectations around care and scheduling.
Pricing by Arrival Date
Reservations with arrival dates on or before June 30, 2026
Will follow Whitewood Acres Legacy Pricing (listed below).
Reservations with arrival dates on or after July 1, 2026
Will follow DogHaus Pricing, which reflects the expanded space, amenities, and upgraded experience.
All deposits paid are fully applied toward the total stay.
Whitewood Acres Legacy Pricing
(For stays beginning on or before June 30, 2026)
Rates are per dog, per calendar day.

🏡 Late Check-Out / Extended DayClub (July 1st 2026 and beyond)
Boarding rates are based on nightly stays and include all day play.

Check-out time is by 10:00 AM on departure day.

Dogs picked up after 10:00 AM will be scheduled for an Extended DayClub stay so they can continue enjoying supervised care and play until pickup. (except Saturdays- only morning pick up available)

We do not accept checks.

Reservation & Deposit Policy
Because Whitewood Acres hosts a limited number of dogs in a home-based setting, a reservation deposit is required to secure all stays.
To reserve your dog’s stay at Whitewood Acres, a 50% reservation deposit is required at the time of booking. This allows us to intentionally hold space for each guest, as availability is limited.
The remaining balance is due at the time of drop-off.
Reservation deposits are applied toward the stay and are non-refundable. Due to our small-volume, home-based environment, dates cannot be held without a deposit.

Drop off & Pick up Times
At Whitewood Acres, all drop-offs and pick-ups are scheduled by appointment within the windows listed below. This helps us keep our daily routine calm and organized for every guest in our care. Please be on time for your scheduled drop off or pick up.
If your scheduled drop off and/or pick up time needs to be adjusted, please let me know ahead of time to make sure those changes are okay.

Fri - 8:30am - 5:00 PM
Sat: 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM
Sunday: 8:00 AM- 10:00 AM AND 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Please plan your pup's stay around these times, as we are unable to accommodate arrivals or departures outside of these windows.
No drop off/pick up's on Holidays : (New Years Day, Easter, Mothers Day, Memorial Day, Fathers Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve)
