Dog Boarding Rates
IMPORTANT: 2026 Pricing Update
Beginning July 1, 2026, Whitewood Acres will transition to a nightly pricing structure for all overnight boarding.
This update is part of the continued growth of Whitewood Acres and allows for clearer, more consistent scheduling and care planning.
As we expand into The DogHaus at Whitewood Acres : our upgraded, home style boarding space . Guests will continue to receive the same personalized, small scale care you know and love, with even more room to relax and play.
Please note: pricing is based on your reservation date and is not dependent on construction timelines.

Reservations with arrival dates on or before June 30, 2026

All deposits paid are fully applied toward the total stay.
Whitewood Acres Legacy Pricing

Rates are per dog, per calendar day.

$70 per day (accepted on a case-by-case basis)

🏡 Late Check-Out / Extended DayClub (July 1st 2026 and beyond)
Boarding rates are based on nightly stays and include all day play.

Check-out time is by 10:00 AM on departure day.

Dogs picked up after 10:00 AM will be scheduled for an Extended DayClub stay so they can continue enjoying supervised care and play until pickup. (except Saturdays- only morning pick up available)

Deposits & Payment

Cash, Venmo, PayPal, and all major credit cards through Square
(4% processing fee applies)
We do not accept checks.

Reservation & Deposit Policy

Because we operate on a limited, small-scale basis, each reservation is held specifically for your dog , and once those dates are booked, they are no longer available to other families.
The remaining balance is due at the time of drop-off.
Deposits are applied toward your total stay for those specific dates, and are required to secure each reservation.
Reservation & Date Policy
Because Whitewood Acres hosts a limited number of dogs in a home-based setting, each reservation is held exclusively for your dog.
We kindly ask that you only reserve dates once your travel plans are confirmed.
We completely understand that small timing changes happen such as: delayed flights, traffic, etc. and we’re happy to work with minor adjustments when possible.
However, changes to the length of your stay (shortening or canceling reserved days) are not something we can accommodate once your reservation is confirmed.
In other words , if you reserve a 10-day stay, that space is held for 10 days.
We promise we’re not being difficult , just protecting the limited spots we offer and the families we may have had to turn away.

We know leaving your dog can feel stressful. That’s why we keep things small, personal, and transparent. Most of our families rebook again and again because they know their pups come home happy, rested, and loved.
Drop off & Pick up Times
At Whitewood Acres, all drop-offs and pick-ups are scheduled by appointment within the windows listed below. This helps us keep our daily routine calm and organized for every guest in our care. Please be on time for your scheduled drop off or pick up.
If your scheduled drop off and/or pick up time needs to be adjusted, please let me know ahead of time to make sure those changes are okay.

Mon - Thurs: 8:30 AM -- 6:00 PM
Fri - 8:30am - 5:00 PM
Sat: 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM
Sunday: 8:00 AM- 10:00 AM AND 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Please plan your pup's stay around these times, as we are unable to accommodate arrivals or departures outside of these windows.
No drop off/pick up's on Holidays : (New Years Day, Easter, Mothers Day, Memorial Day, Fathers Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve)
